Animal rescue, caregiving
and re-wildling program
Our animal rescue program and centers at the Garissa Wildlife Sanctuary and Garissa Giraffe Centre serves as a critical refuge for injured, orphaned, or displaced wildlife within the Hirola range landscape of north-eastern Kenya.

Operating in close collaboration with Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), county authorities, and community conservancies, the centers provide immediate care, rehabilitation, and short-term holding for wildlife affected by human–wildlife conflict, disease outbreaks, poaching, habitat degradation, and climate-related stressors.
